Installing the chromed airbag badges is very simple. You need not worry about breaking anything. It may be more difficult to remove the badges then to install new ones, but since the original badges are made from a soft plastic, you do not risk breaking them to pieces during the installation procedure.
Begin by placing the flat tip screw driver to one side of the badge in the door and push behind it. Exert a decent amount of force all the while nudging the badge out from the hole. The badge should just pop out when you push hard enough:

The badge is still stuck in the hole via a third tab which keeps it from falling out:

To remove the badge, twist it 90degrees to one side and pull carefully. You might need the screwdriver to poke at the third tab in order to free it from the hole:

Once the badge is out, place the new badge inside by first slipping the longest tab into the hole at the bottom (keep the tab at a 90degree angle when doing so, and as the tab falls in, turn it back upright, you might once again require the use of the screwdriver to push it in a bit more:

Once the badge is upright, just push it in:

There you go, your new chromed badge is installed and ready to be shown to the world:

The chromed airbag badges are definitely worth it. They are cheap enough, easy to install (might be a bit harder to remove because they are sturdier then the standard badges) and most of all, very good looking.
