SLK Wheel Information

Here are the basics for stock SLKs

FRONT WHEELS
Width: 7in - 8.5in
Diameter: 16in (17in for SLK32 AMG) to 19in
Offset: 35mm - 37mm

REAR WHEELS
Width: 7in - 9.5in
Diameter: 16 in to 19 in
Offset: 30mm - 35mm

FRONT TIRES
Width: 205mm - 225mm
Height: 24.7in - 25.1in

REAR TIRES
Width: 205mm - 255mm
Height: 24.7in - 25.1in

Stay within these ranges and you won't have any problems with rubbing or with the ABS/ASR/ESP systems. However, that doesn't mean you WILL have problems if you use slightly wider or taller tires, or a slightly different rim offset.

FYI, here's a simple calculation for tire height
TireHeight = (TireWidth * TireProfile / 1270) + RimDiameter

E.g., the height of a 205/55R16 tire is (205 * 55 / 1270) + 16 = 24.87in
